5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled appointment by giving us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover our costs.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship. This guarantee covers the labour element only and does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes:
- Clear access to work areas
- Adequate working space
- Access to water and electricity (where required)

If access is not available at the arranged time, this may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.
9. Materials and Parts
Unless otherwise agreed, we will supply all necessary materials and parts as part of the quoted price. We use quality materials from reputable suppliers.
If you wish to supply your own materials, please discuss this with us in advance. We cannot guarantee work carried out using customer-supplied materials.
10. Emergencies
We offer emergency call-out services. Emergency work is charged at our emergency rate, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
For emergency work, we will aim to make the situation safe and prevent further damage. Full repairs may need to be scheduled for a later date.
