My Story
I started Watermark Plumbing in 2005 with a simple goal: to provide the kind of plumbing service I'd want in my own home. After completing my training and gaining valuable experience working across Essex, I knew I wanted to build a business based on personal relationships and quality work.
Over the past two decades, I've worked on everything from emergency leak repairs in the middle of the night to complete bathroom renovations and central heating installations. Each job, whether big or small, gets the same level of care and attention to detail.
Why I Do This
There's real satisfaction in solving problems and helping people. When a family's heating breaks down on a cold winter night, or a leak threatens to damage their home, being able to fix it quickly and properly makes a genuine difference to their lives. That's what keeps me passionate about this work after all these years.
I take pride in being part of the local community. Born and raised in Essex, I know the area well - from the typical plumbing challenges in Basildon's post-war housing to the quirks of older properties in villages like Battlesbridge and Orsett.
